Vivaan Prashant Karulkar grew up in Mumbai with two obsessions: the night sky and the Sanskrit texts on his family's shelves. At fifteen he filed an in-principle patent relating to Near-Earth Objects, placing him among the youngest patent holders in the world.
A year later he published his first book. Two more followed before he turned nineteen.
