Elon Musk: The Man Who Bends Reality
Written at eighteen and released on Musk's 54th birthday, the biography trended at #3 on X and entered two record books.
Why a Vedic scholar wrote about a rocket company
It is a fair question, and Vivaan gets it constantly. His answer is that the two books before this one were about people who looked at the world and refused to accept the received account of it, and that he could not think of a living figure who fitted that description better.
The Man Who Bends Reality takes its title from the phrase that follows Musk everywhere: the reality distortion field. The book treats it as a working method rather than a personality quirk, tracing it through the founding of Zip2, the near-collapse of Tesla and SpaceX in 2008, the Falcon 1 launches, and the acquisition of Twitter.
It is not a hagiography. Vivaan is direct about the cost, to timelines, to staff and to Musk himself, and about the failures. What interests him is the pattern: the repeated decision to attempt the thing everyone has already priced as impossible.
Released on 28 June 2025, Musk's 54th birthday, the book trended at #3 on X and was covered in Dainik Bhaskar and across the Indian press.
