When you fill in the contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number if you choose to provide one, the subject you select, and the content of your message.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider records standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps — for security and troubleshooting. If website analytics are enabled, aggregated usage statistics may also be collected.

Information from embedded services

Some pages embed content from third parties: Google Maps on the contact page, YouTube thumbnails and links on the Proudcast page, and Google Fonts sitewide. These providers may receive your IP address and set their own cookies when that content loads. Their handling of your data is governed by their own privacy policies.

Order records are kept for the period required by Indian tax and accounting law. Server logs are typically retained for a short period by the hosting provider.
